Health Management Resources (HMR) is an intensive weight-loss and lifestyle-change program designed to help members lose weight fast and build healthier routines that last. Working closely with the lead agency on the project, Ciampa Creative, 100 Danish was brought in to execute on the new app’s user interface and user experience. Day Won joins members and their champions together to complete movement-, mindfulness-, nutrition-, and self care-based tasks that lead to a healthier and more enriching lifestyle. Our team was able to create a delightful, smooth, and intuitive UI/UX that keeps Day Won users coming back.
HMR’s new app needed to be collaborative, intuitive, and vibrant. It should veer away from the badge mentality of competition that pervades many of HMR’s market competitors. Also, because the client used two digital agencies to complete the app, HMR needed a project management framework that is iterative, collaborative, and fast-paced.
The Day Won final product not only exceeded HMR’s expectations, but it also won a Health and Wellness Design Award. Through deep-thinking and intuitive design, 100 Danish was able to create a user experience that was clean and friendly. We also incorporated new features such as champion encouragement and compliments for achieved tasks. We were able to work with our partner Ciampa Creative through an Agile framework that facilitated the rapid design requirements. These are the primary core values that define the Day Won project:
